Meetings (again and again)

Motivation
Don’t motivate people, cause most probably you will demotivate them
Meetings is the most dangerous thing for companies and people motivation. Another improvement that going to apply in my daily life:
Decline meetings if you can’t or not going to contribute. Save the world!

Huge improvements are difficult and require a lot of energy. But what simple things can be done?
From now going to add everybody as optional into my meeting requests. Those who are interested will show up… Otherwise my topic sux and not interesting for community.
